Principal Message

As the Principal of Al Murooj English School, I am delighted that the school’s values align with my own personal values, including the importance of trust, respect, innovation and a sense of community. Looking at our school progress and achievements, there is indeed much to celebrate about its illustrious more than 2 decades long years of school history.

The development of the school over the past few years has been significant. The future will build on these firm foundations focusing on the quality of school life, especially for the benefit of our learners.

We set high expectations for our students and work hard to safeguard positive emotions across our school community. We are partners in learning with our students and seek to deepen their knowledge, provide enriching and innovative learning experiences, while also gently urging our students out of their comfort zone to attempt new challenges.

Students will be challenged and engaged through authentic learning opportunities that inspire them to develop creativity, confidence and resilience to become independent and ethical life-long learners. Pastoral care is at the heart of Al Murooj English School. The primary aim of our system is to ensure that every pupil feels individually valued and supported.

We value relationships and connections with the community. We encourage our students to develop respectful relationships with their peers, teachers and the broader community. We instill in our students a keen social conscience and the capacity to make ethical decisions. We work hard to develop and sustain productive partnerships and connections with our parents, and local community.

We provide an atmosphere to our students for multifaceted development, where children are encouraged to channelize their potential in relentless pursuit of excellence.

The school is striving hard to make the best possible efforts to inculcate strong Islamic values combining with academics and extra-curricular activities in the children. We strongly support the values, traditions and culture of the UAE.

I also urge parents to take an active part in what your child is required to do at home and to support independent reading. The road to a successful adulthood starts early. We strive every day to make sure that while the path may not be easy at times, what is learned at Al Murooj English School will inspire a student to do the best work possible at every stage.

I am immensely proud of and impressed by the professionalism, commitment, dedication and teamwork of the staff to ensure an excellent education for all our students in a caring and supportive environment. With grounded values and unwavering purpose, we stand steadfast in doing the right things and doing things right for the pupils.
With a long and rewarding history of achievements in education behind us, our school community continues to move forward together with confidence, pride and enthusiasm.

We are here for our students and for you.
